The UK "Gospel Theatre" Sound & Professional Actor Training

JF Arts, the arts division of The Jarrett Foundation, in association with Black & White Stripes (BWS) are in search of the unique sound that is the UK's "Gospel Theatre" sound.  Singers from the gospel community have individually gone on to perform in West End musicals like: Fame, Tina, Thriller, Dream Girls etc. but never before has the UK gospel community collectively produced its own sound for theatre.

Funding has been obtained from Arts Council England to explore this.  This is a UK first.

This extraordinary workshop is designed to accomplish 2 things:

1.  Discover the UK “Gospel Theatre” sound.

2.  Produce actors from the Gospel community who are professionally trained and able to perform in professional productions.
